Project “Improvement of the national legal framework to bring it in line with the Council of Europe standards and strengthening the capacity of competent institutions involved in cases of Domestic Violence and Gender Based Violence”

The project beneficiary is the Ministry of Justice and the project is implemented in partnership with the Council of Europe, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Programme Operator is the Ministry of Interior.

The target groups of the project are: magistrates, legal experts, civil servants, social workers, police officers, NGOs, victims of domestic violence and gender based violence.
